Cyberpunk 2077 is one of the most anticipated games, even though the game is in its early development the reveal trailer that its Polish developer CD Projekt Red showed in their time on the stage of E3 has awed many gamers and reviewers around the world. Some lucky people (mostly reviewers) got a chance to see the early gameplay of the game with the help of an exclusive invite from the CD project Red during E3, and every one of those people have been praising the mechanics, graphics open world and mission design of the game since then. The polish developer has been releasing information about the game from time to time, and now we have enough information that you must know if you are following this game.
It started with a strange teaser that was released after the Witcher 3 launched worldwide and due to the immense popularity of Witcher 3 people showed great interest in this game too, but no information was released for a long time, and people started thinking they might have canceled the game. Then during E3, they showed the reveal trailer and the gameplay to some people. Since then the developers are releasing teeny tiny information from time to time. Earlier this month CD projekt red said that the development is proceeding according to schedule and they have the biggest team of developers for this project in their brief history. Speaking about marketing the CEO Adam Kicińsk said the E3 showing was just the start of a long story:
“It is in the process of production. Currently, a team of nearly 350 developers from the CD Projekt RED studio is working on it – the largest in the history of the studio so far. Production goes according to the schedule, but we still have a lot of work ahead of us, because we have suspended the bar very high. Expectations are also large, which is visible after our presentations at E3 – we are all very happy about the quality.”
Recently the team got to Twitter and revealed information about leveling up and how players can increase their stats. Additionally, skills and perks have also been added to the game, and level design will not be linear players can choose to play wherever they want in the vast open world.
However, specific missions require leveling up to some extent. They also talked about the number of languages the game supports and the list is huge the game even has Arabic subtitles. This shows the commitment and effort CD projekt Red puts in its projects despite bringing a smaller developer compared to Bethesda, EA, and Ubisoft, etc.
