A recent hardware leak suggests that Nvidia is gearing up to release two new desktop graphics cards – the performance-mainstream GeForce RTX 4060 Ti in late May and the budget-friendly GeForce RTX 4050 in June. The world’s largest trade show for PC hardware, Computex Taipei, taking place between May 30 and June 2, could be the platform used by Nvidia to launch these products. It should be noted that while these graphics cards have the potential to become some of the best in the market, this remains mere speculation at this point.
According to @Zed__Waang, a known and reliable hardware leaker account on twitter has revealed that Nvidia has shared package templates of the upcoming GeForce RTX 4060 Ti graphics card with its suppliers, indicating that the company is getting ready for its launch. However, the templates do not provide any specific details about the graphics card’s attributes, such as the number of CUDA cores or the memory capacity.
The leaks further suggest that Nvidia’s forthcoming GeForce RTX 4060 Ti graphics card will be powered by the AD106 graphics processor and boast 4352 CUDA cores and 8GB of GDDR6 memory, which will operate using a 128-bit interface. On the other hand, it is speculated that the GeForce RTX 4060 will incorporate a stripped-down version of the AD106 GPU, potentially featuring 3072 CUDA cores and an 8GB memory on a 128-bit bus.

The AD102 GPU is expected to power the high-end GeForce RTX 4090 Ti with a whopping 18176 FP32 CUDA cores, 24GB of GDDR6X memory on a 384-bit bus, and a TBP of 600W, although its price is yet to be disclosed. Other rumored graphics cards include the GeForce RTX 4080, RTX 4070 Ti, RTX 4070, and the more affordable RTX 4060 Ti, which is expected to feature the AD106 GPU with 4352 CUDA cores, 8GB of GDDR6 memory on a 128-bit bus, and a TBP of 160W, with a price point of less than $500.
There is little information available on the GeForce RTX 4060 or the GeForce RTX 4050, but they may utilize the AD106 and AD107 GPUs and offer flexibility in pricing. However, it should be noted that any specifications for these products are purely speculative, as they are not expected to be released for another two months.
The most powerful card, the GeForce RTX 4090 Ti, is rumored to have an AD102 GPU with 18176 FP32 CUDA cores, 24GB of GDDR6X memory on a 384-bit bus, and a total board power (TBP) of 600W, though no MSRP has been provided. The GeForce RTX 4090, on the other hand, is expected to have an AD102 GPU with 16384 CUDA cores, 24GB of GDDR6X memory on a 384-bit bus, a TBP of 450W, and an MSRP of $1,599.
Moving down the list, the GeForce RTX 4080 is rumored to have an AD103 GPU with 9728 CUDA cores, 16GB of GDDR6X memory on a 256-bit bus, a TBP of 320W, and an MSRP of $1,199. The GeForce RTX 4070 Ti is expected to have an AD104 GPU with 7680 CUDA cores, 12GB of GDDR6X memory on a 192-bit bus, a TBP of 285W, and an MSRP of $799. The GeForce RTX 4070 is rumored to have an AD104 GPU with 5888 FP32 CUDA cores, 12GB of GDDR6X memory on a 192-bit bus, and a TBP of 250W, though no MSRP has been provided.
