Check your Internet Connection, Configure NAT, and QoS services
The reason you are seeing this error could be due to an internet connection issue. Your connection might be weak or unstable. You need to turn off your router and restart it again. Simply press the power button behind the router. Wait for 5-10 seconds and restart it again. This will help to reset the data connection and provide good signal strength. You can also disable WIFI from idle or unused devices to reduce the load on the router.
You also need to configure advanced router settings. A restricted connection can also be the cause for service unavailable issue. You can resolve this by changing NAT and QoS type. Strict NAT type won’t allow you to have a secure connection with the game servers.

If you saw this error, it could be due to your game getting low bandwidth. So in order to change the priority, go to the router setting and look for QoS. Enable the option and give GTA V high priority, Sva the settings and restart your router.
